1973-79 Ford Truck Non-A/C Cab with Auxiliary Fuel Tank Switch
Complete Hurricane system designed for 1973-79 Ford trucks originally equipped with heater-only (non-A/C) cabs and an auxiliary fuel tank switch. This fully integrated heat, air conditioning, and defrost system mounts to the firewall using a custom mounting plate and original heater mounting locations for a clean, factory-style installation.
Heater and A/C hoses pass neatly through the firewall with a sealed rubber grommet into the engine compartment. Integrated electronic switching works with the original heater control to operate the fan, A/C, heat, and defrost functions. Dash louvers mount cleanly for a factory appearance and proper airflow.
The custom condenser assembly provides maximum cooling performance and includes mounting brackets, receiver/drier, and pre-formed aluminum lines for a clean installation through the core support.
Includes a Sanden-style compressor with standard finish (polished or chrome upgrades available). A/C hose kit may be pre-crimped or universal depending on engine application. Universal kits require final hose fitting and crimping.
