Replacement Accumulator for 1978-1984 GM models

The accumulator helps maintain proper temperatures inside your car by removing moisture from the A/C system and collecting liquid refrigerant to keep from reaching the compressor. It's role is very important because moisture is the #1 Enemy of air conditioning systems. 

It is necessary to replace the accumulator and orifice tube anytime the system is opened up to the atmosphere. Compatible with both R-12 and 134a refrigerants.
