Complete Hurricane system designed for 1958-59 Chevrolet trucks. This fully integrated heat, air conditioning, and defrost system mounts to the passenger side of the firewall for a clean, efficient installation. Heater and A/C fittings route through the firewall into the engine compartment using a custom mounting plate and grommet.
Standard rotary electronic controls operate the electric servo motors, providing smooth, infinitely variable control of defrost and heater valve operation. Rotary controls mount under the dash for easy operation. Includes underdash center louvers and custom corner louvers for maximum airflow, along with a new ABS plastic glove box for a clean, finished appearance.
This package also includes a custom condenser assembly for passenger side mounted compressors, complete with mounting brackets, receiver drier, and pre-formed aluminum lines that route cleanly throught the core support. A plain finish compressor is included, with polished or chrome upgrade available. A/C hoses and fittings are supplied and requires the hoses to be crimped to complete the installation.
